Very interesting article. I was thinking all the time about organisations such as the PTB (mentioned there), or my own organisation in the Spanish State: Anticapitalistas. Basis groups are the core. Found really interesting the kind of introduction of four hours with a quiz at the end. For sure we can also work something like that on the left to develop compromise from the beginning.
